• Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• If cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed.

• Refunds are processed only after inspection.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Refund initiated within 2–3 business days after the return is approved.
• Amount credited within 5–7 business days depending on the customer’s bank.

  Refunds are issued to the original payment method used while placing the order.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI after bank details are provided.
